Our story

Rockland Landscapes & Lighting was founded in 2025 by Sahil Singh and Liam Rigney — two friends who grew up right here in Clarkstown. We started the company on a simple idea: bring dependable, high-quality landscaping to the towns we call home.

From landscape design and plant installations to outdoor lighting, lawn care, and seasonal cleanups, we handle it all for homeowners across Rockland County. Whatever the project, our goal is the same — deliver the best quality work possible and treat every property like it’s our own.
